NASHVILLE NUMBERING SYSTEM

Transcribe music using the handy Nashville Numbering chart. The chart allows you to assign numbers to a chord sequence and then use this sequence with another key to transpose. The numbers also indicate the key's major scale as well as the number of sharps/flats in each scale. The tone sequence at the bottom represents the major scale tone sequence and how many frets/steps are in between each tone.
