Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship most items via US Postal Service or UPS. Most items ship same or next day that the order is placed. If you require a different service, please notify us within the hour of making the purchase. We recycle boxes and shipping materials, so your package may arrive in a box that reflects a different product. Make sure you open and inspect the item before contacting about shipping errors. 

Shipping Services Offered

Smaller Items (Less than 1 pound) - US Postal Service - First Class

Larger Items (More than 1 pound) - US Postal Service - Priority Mail

Larger Items (Guitars / Amps) - Most Cost Effective Option -  US Postal Service  or UPS Ground

 

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you by the end of the day that the item was shipped. 

 

International Shipping

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are limited in what we can ship outside of the United States. Please call us to find out if the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped internationally. The following are exceptions to this policy (some restrictions apply for these destinations):

 

• Puerto Rico

• US Military addresses (i.e. APO and FPO addresses)

• Locations that use a US Postal ZIP Code, such as Guam, The Virgin Islands, etc.
